01/17/2020 - 2020 Baseball Factory All-America Pre-Season Rookie Tournament Neisser is a strong and talented C/3B that showed well at the Pre-Season Rookie All-American. Behind the plate Neisser shows great athleticism and a good feel for the game. In his primary he has an athletic set up and receives the ball with a quiet mitt. In his secondary he makes quick and clean exchanges as he works to throw to 2B making strong and accurate throws to the bag. Blocking, he shows agile range blocking laterally keeping the ball in front. At the plate, Neisser is a switcher hitter that can hit from power from both sides with an 86 MPH exit velo. He starts in an open stance with loose hands getting a square stride. His lower half is explosive showing great hip/shoulder separation. His swing is smooth with fast bat speed making consistently hard contact showing the most pop to the pull side. Neisser is a projectable C/3B that will be a player to follow the next few years.

11/10/2019 - Interactive Video Program - Davie, FL Neisser showed many improvements all over the field during his last workout with The Factory. He increased radar velocity to 82 MPH, exit velocity to 80 MPH, lowered pop times to 2.13 seconds, and showed a spike in catching numbers. Behind the plate, Neisser has quick feet, good size, and he sits in squarely. He has quiet actions, works around the ball well, and deadens softy when blocking. He has a quick/accurate arm to 2nd base with pop times as low as 2.13 seconds. At 3rd, Neisser has a presentable glove, he centers it well, and funnels to his chest. He has a good backhand, and can throw from multiple arm slots with carry across the diamond. Offensively, Neisser is slightly better from the right side. He swings in good rhythm, has fast bat speed, and he has pop in his bat. From the left, Neisser has good strike zone awareness, an aggressive swing, and he swings in good rhythm. Skills can continue to improve with work on the following.

11/01/2015 - Interactive Video Program - Tampa, FL Neisser is a switch hitting 2-way player as a C/3B. Behind the dish, he sits in well and tracks pitches into his mitt. He works around pitches in the dirt and works to center the ball off of his chest. Exchange is clean with accurate throws down to 2B - pop times of 2.70. At 3B - Sanchez hustles into a square fielding position. He makes the backhand play smoothly and gathers well. He works in-line toward his target at 1B and makes accurate throws. Offensively, this switch hitter shows similarly from both sides of the plate. He gets good hand separation, likes the pitch on the inner 1/2 and pulls it with pop. Overall abilities in his game will improve with work on the following.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
