12/20/2013 - Baseball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament at Pirate City Nick continues to show solid abilities in his game. On the mound, Nick has a free arm action, on-time separation, and good direction toward home. He has good glove side lead, holds runners on base well, and competes in the zone. Working on balance point and finish will help with his development on the mound. At 3B, Nick has playable hands and feet, he makes the routine plays, and he throws with a short arm action to his target. Working to quicken his feet will help him develop more range. At the plate, Nick has a square set-up, good balance, and he tracks the ball well. He activates his load, and flashes some barrel accuracy. Staying shorter with his swing and working on the lower half are two areas he can work on. Nick is a motivated player and student and he will make a good addition to a college program this fall.
