Official Scouting Report

  • Class Rating
  • OF/RHPPosition Projection

01/19/2024 - 2024 Baseball Factory Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament Noah is a 2028 OF/RHP prospect that recently impressed at the Rookie Pre-Season All-American Tournament. In the OF, he shows off active footwork and gets a great first step. He gets in an athletic, low fielding position and does a great job of fielding the ball out in front. He has a quick, clean exchange and he creates momentum with his release. He has a quick arm action and makes accurate throws to his targets. His arm impresses and he shows off carry to his targets. At the plate, he starts in a closed stance with comfortable hands. He has an activated load and a centered stride to the pitcher. He has explosive movements with his lower half through the baseball and an on-plane swing with impressive bat speed. He does a great job of rotating his core and keeping his hands and hips coordinated. He reached base in 3 of 6 plate appearances with a single and two walks. On the mound, he throws from a low 3/4 slot and features a 2-pitch mix. He shows off athleticism on the bump and a ton of confidence. He gathers his balance over the rubber and has a relaxed knee lift. His arm action is loose and quick and he does a great job of accelerating on the frontside. He gets good drive with his lower half and keeps his eyes level to his target with a good stride length and controlled landing. He ran his FB up to an impressive 83 MPH and showed good movement with the pitch. He struck out 6 in 2 innings of game action and allowed only one hit. Overall, Noah is an exciting prospect that we are looking forward to seeing more of in the future!

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
