08/08/2016 - Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City - Session 2 Noah is a solid OF who has a promising future on the diamond. In the OF, he displays smooth / fluid actions. Feet are active as he displays proper footwork in tracking down balls. He takes proper routes / angles in tracking down balls as he works to get behind. At the plate he shows an athletic / squared setup with rhythm. Hands are quick, flashing bat speed and work through a level swing path. He has strength in his swing and utilizes his lower half well with the baseball jumping off the bat when centered. Mental makeup is a plus as he has a positive attitude, works hard, and is very coachable. With 3 years to further develop, Noah has a lot of potential with time and room to progress his game.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
