07/07/2022 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Trenton, NJ Noah is a 2024 RHP/3B out of Livingston, NJ. At 3B, defensive abilities are well above average as he displays clean/smooth actions. Feet are active as he displays proper footwork as he works to square ground balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is clean and presents well out front. Range will increase as he improves foot quickness. At the plate, he shows a tall setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He makes consistent contact through a line drive approach with power showing best to the pull side. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. On the mound, fastball showed a range of 75-76 mph. Breaking ball displays 11/5 shape with gradual break. He maintains arm speed on his changeup but throws too hard, resembling fastball. Slider has tight spin with short break. Control is solid as he throws strikes with all his pitches. Stock on the mound will continue to improve as he builds more arm strength and develops off speed pitches.

12/27/2021 - Baseball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament at Pirate City - Session 2 Noah is a 2024 prospect out of Livingston, NJ who continued to shine in his baseball abilities and did so at the Pirate City Christmas Camp & Tournament. At 3B, he displays smooth/fluid actions. Feet are active as he attacks balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is clean. Range will increase as he improves foot quickness. Throws are accurate with carry (80 mph velocity) across the diamond. At the plate, he shows a squared setup. Hands are quick (83 mph exit velocity) and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. At the plate, he was 5 for 10 with 2 2B, a sac fly, and 5 RBI. On the mound, fastball shows a range of 74-77 mph. Breaking ball displays 11/5 shape with gradual break. In 4 innings of total work he struck out 4. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for this 2024 prospect as he enters the second half of his sophomore year.

11/07/2021 - All-In Membership - Manalapan, NJ Noah is a RHP/SS prospect who will graduate in 2024. Tall frame athletic build with strength present and room to add throughout. In the infield, has a good prep step, with active/efficient footwork, and he shows good lateral range. He works to center the baseball and fields from a square fielding position. He made on-line throws consistently from a high 3/4 arm slot with an arm velocity up to 80mph across diamond. Showed athletic actions with good feel for the position. On the mound, he works exclusively from the stretch. He gathers over the rubber and separates his hands on-time. He attacks hitters with his FB that sat 75-77mph with arm side run, an 11/5 breaking ball with good tilt, and a slider that he throws from the same window. A right-handed hitter, he hits from an upright and even stance. Gets hands separated, with quickness to hands, and has a fast bat through the hitting zone. Hit balls hard to the pull side with a bat exit velocity up to 83mph. With 3 years of continued growth and development, we foresee Noah making huge strides on the baseball field.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
