01/18/2019 - 2019 Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Tournament Noah is a talented SS/2B prospect who has a strong, athletic build. As a right-handed hitter, Noah has a square setup with loose, comfortable hands. He has a simple load with controlled, on-time rhythm and square stride. Noah shows an on-plane swing path with good hip and hand coordination. He consistently lands the barrel to the baseball producing hard contact. Noah is a line drive type hitter who can drive the ball to the pull side. In the field, Noah has a relaxed ready position. He moves with agile actions and fields the ball in a good position. Noah has a sure hands and a clean exchange leading into a short, loose arm action. He has the ability to adjust his arm angle depending on the play. His throws have good carry across the diamond. Overall, Noah is an above average prospect who can make an impact at the next level.

01/12/2018 - 2018 Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Tournament Noah is a MIF who is a prospect on the diamond. At the plate - he has strong/centered balance with fluid rhythm to load. He takes an absolute hack - crushing the ball gap-to-gap (exit velocity = 90 mph). At SS, he has plus lateral range, working from the ground-up with smooth actions. Transfer is quick as he fires strong throws (85 mph velocity) zipping across the diamond. A projectable MIF - Noah will play at a very high level and make an immediate impact.

01/13/2017 - Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Tournament Noah continues to show solid progress in his baseball abilities. At SS, feet are aggressive as he works around balls and plays through with his body. Hands are soft / clean and he presents well out front. Range is a plus as he moves well laterally and covers a lot of ground in the MIF. Throws are accurate with on line carry across the diamond. At the plate, hands are quick and work through a level swing path, creating extension. He works to stay inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Barrel accuracy is a plus with power improving as he works to utilize his lower half more efficiently. With 2 years to further develop, Noah has the makings of a special type player and will get looks from the collegiate coaches with his baseball abilities.

12/20/2016 - Baseball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament at Pirate City - Session 1 Noah continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities and has the makings of a special type player at the next level. Foot speed has really improved as he ran his best 60 time to date, now an above average runner at 7.29. At the plate, hitting abilities are now outstanding through an athletic setup. Hands are tremendously quick (90 mph exit velocity) and work through an aggressive approach, creating extension. He has strength and works to stay inside the ball, utilizing all fields with gap to gap pop. Barrel accuracy is a plus with the baseball coming off his bat differently. At SS, defensive abilities are tremendous as he displays smooth / athletic actions. He moves well laterally, displaying plus range with a solid back hand. Actions are smooth / fluid and he presents soft hands well out front. Hands / feet work well together as he gets rid of the baseball quickly with accuracy / carry on throws across the diamond. He shows big play potential in the MIF. Noah showed as one of the best players at the event and will get looks from the collegiate coaches with his baseball tools.

09/18/2016 - College PREP - Knoxville, TN Noah is a strong, athletic SS who has a tremendous future on the diamond. Foot speed is solid as indicated by his 7.32 60 time. Arm strength is solid as well (80 mph velocity). At the plate he continues to shine, showing well above average hitting abilities with outstanding power potential through an athletic setup. Hands are quick (87 mph exit velocity) and work through an aggressive approach. He shows smooth rhythm and works on time. Hands work inside the ball, utilizing all fields with gap to gap pop. He has strength in his swing with baseball exploding off the bat when centered. With 3 years to further develop, Noah has the makings of a special type player as he continues to progress his game.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
