12/17/2023 - National Showcase - Tomball (Houston), TX Noah is a SS prospect who will graduate in 2027. Shows good laterally range and closes distance on batted balls. He fields from a square fielding position with a good glove angle and a low funnel. Does a good job of following his on-line throws to first base. At the plate he hits from a crouched and athletic stance. Looseness to his hands with an on-time stride. A direct barrel path enables him to make consistent contact to all fields with a bat exit velocity up to 80mph. Noah should have opportunities to play at the next level with continued growth and development.

01/13/2023 - 2023 Baseball Factory Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament Noah is a 2027 SS who showcased his skills during the BF Rookie PSAA Tournament. At SS, starts in a relaxed ready position, with smooth footwork, and showed good body control at baseball. Fields with hands out front with ability to get rid of the baseball. Throws from a 3/4 arm slot, with a short arm stroke, and an arm velocity up to 67mph. At the plate, he hits from an upright and square stance with high hand set. Has fluid rhythm to swing and gets front foot down on-time. A compact barrel path enables him to spray balls consistently to all fields with a bat exit velocity up to 65mph. Overall, Noah is a solid player who has the potential to build on his skills with continued growth and development.

09/24/2021 - MS All-Region Tournament Noah is a 2027 SS prospect who showcased his skills during the All Region Tournament. At SS, he showed active feet and ability to make routine plays. Good lateral range, with good cross-over step, and fields out front with a good glove angle. Accurate throws to first base from a 3/4 arm slot, with a quick release, and an arm velocity up to 63mph. Showed good feel on his DP feeds and pivots. At the plate, this right-handed hitter hits from an athletic and even stance. A flat barrel path, with ability to keep it in the zone a long time, and made consistent contact. He sprayed balls to all fields with a bat exit velocity up to 56mph. Noah proved to be a tough out in live game action, as he had 3 singles, drew 2 base on balls, and reached on an error. With 6 years of continued growth and development, we foresee him have a bright high school career and beyond.

06/25/2021 - Baseball Factory All-State Tournament (MS) Noah continues to shine on the diamond. In the MIF, he displays smooth / athletic actions. Feet are active as he works around balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is clean and presents well out front. Range will increase as he continues to improve foot quickness. Throws are accurate but he will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he shows an athletic setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Lower half works well through the swing and shows a feel for the barrel. At the event, he was 3 for 5 with a 2B and 2 BB.

01/08/2021 - 2021 Baseball Factory Pre-Season Prospects Tournament (MS) Noah continues to shows a prospect on the diamond. At the plate, he shows a squared setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. At the event, he was 2 for 6. At 3B, he displays clean / smooth actions. Feet are active as he displays proper footwork as he works to square ground balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is clean but needs to present more out front. He moves well laterally with range improving as he improves foot quickness. Throws are accurate, flashing carry but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program.

12/27/2020 - Baseball Factory West Coast Winter Classic Noah showed well at the West Coast Winter Classic. At 2B, he displays clean / smooth actions. Feet are active as he displays proper footwork as he works to square ground balls up. Glove action is clean and presents well out front. Range will increase as he continues to improve foot quickness. Throws are accurate but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he shows an athletic, open setup. Hands are loose and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Mental makeup is a plus as he has a positive attitude, works hard, and is very coachable.

Academic All-American Tournament (MS) Noah is a 2027 SS. This smooth fielding SS shows quick feet and good reads off of bat. He creates good fielding angles while fielding balls out front with soft hands. Quick/clean transfers who throws from multiple arm slots with accurate throws at 58mph. He showed good touch on his DP feeds. At the plate, this right-handed hitter starts with an athletic and open stance. Looseness to hands, with a fluid swing, who rotates hips well and hits off of a firm front side. Good contact hitter who sprays balls to all fields and a bat exit velocity of 63mph. Noah has a bright future on the baseball diamond with continued growth and development.

12/06/2020 - All-In Membership - Missouri City (Houston), TX Noah continues to shine on the diamond. At SS, he displays smooth / athletic actions. Feet are active as he attacks ball and plays through with his body. Glove action is soft / sure and presents well out front. In the OF, he takes proper routes / angles in tracking down balls. Feet are active as he works to get behind balls but needs to play through with momentum to his target. Range will increase as he improves foot quickness. Throws are accurate but needs to build more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he continues to shine through an athletic an athletic setup. Hands are quick and work through an level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach.

09/04/2020 - MS All-Region Tournament Noah continues to work hard and develop his skills on the diamond. Defensively, he shows active footwork and hustles into a square fielding position. He tracks the ball into his mitt, gathers well and has a clean transfer to throw. Continuing to develop his footwork/agility will aid in increasing his lateral range. With the bat, this righty shows a quiet/simple setup with centered balance and fluid rhythm to load. He jumps on pitches he likes, whips the barrel with loose hands on a direct path and sprays the ball to all parts of the field. Only a 2027 grad - Noah still has a ton of time to develop his skills and physically mature (get stronger).

07/23/2020 - Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City - Session 2 (Ages 12-14) Noah continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities and has a promising future on the diamond. At 2B, defensive abilities have improved as he displays clean / smooth actions. Feet are active as he displays proper footwork as he works to square ground balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is soft / sure and presents well out front. At the plate, hitting abilities have improved through a squared setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. Mental makeup is a plus as he has a positive attitude, works hard, and is very coachable.

01/26/2020 - Interactive Video Program - San Jose, CA Noah showed a spike in arm velocity to 55 MPH and hitting numbers to 32 and 30 during his last workout. He is an athletic SS with quick feet, agile range, and a presentable glove. He works around the ball well, fields athletically, and his exchange is quick and clean with accuracy across the diamond. Offensively, Noah stands in well balanced, he load his hands, and strides on time toward the pitcher. He has a fast/direct barrel, makes square contact, and he taps into his lower body. Solid skills can continue to get better with work on the following.

12/14/2019 - Nor Cal Regional Offensive Skills Weekend (Ages 12-14) Noah is a coachable SS prospect who worked hard on his skills during the Accelerated Training Weekend. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a crouched stance and takes his stride on time. He is smooth getting into his load and hits against a strong front side. He takes a level swing with decent bat speed, leading to solid contact to all fields. Maintaining center balance throughout his swing can help Noah improve as a hitter. With seven more years to develop, Noah has the time and potential to further progress his skills on the field.

11/09/2019 - Interactive Video Program - Fremont (San Jose), CA Noah is a young, SS prospect who will graduate in 2027. In the field, Noah shows active footwork and takes good angles to the ball. He makes the routine plays and gains momentum well on his throws, keeping them consistently on-line to his target. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a tall stance and gets into his load well. He takes a level swing with decent bat speed, leading to solid contact to all fields. Overall abilities can improve with work on the following.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
