01/17/2020 - 2020 Baseball Factory All-America Pre-Season Rookie Tournament Noah is an athletic RHP/OF prospect who showed well at the Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Rookie Tournament. On the mound, Noah gathers over the rubber and works with a clean arm. He stays inline towards the plate and accelerates through his release, finishing with his chest over his front knee. Noah shows a two pitch mix with his fastball topping out at 81mph. Breaking ball sits at 74mph with 11-5 break. In the field, Noah takes good angles and works behind fly balls. He gets into a square position and fields ground balls out in front with soft hands. He makes a clean exchange and gains ground well on his throws, creating good carry through his target. At the plate, this RHH sets up in an open stance and works to barrel up the baseball, leading to solid contact to his pull side. Overall, Noah is a talented prospect who will be one to follow as he progresses.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
