01/13/2017 - Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Tournament Noah's huge frame is perfect for the mound and makes him an intimidating presence to step in the box against. His delivery is clean an effortless with extension through release to show control and make his pitches jump on the hitters. His mid 80's fastball shows hard run in on the hands of righties, his 10-4 curveball breaks late and his changeup is deceptive with sink. He shows a cannon of an arm at first and makes clean plays, fielding square to the ball. His huge frame presents a big target at the bag and he pulls in throws from everywhere. He is a spray hitter with pull side pop as his lower half works well in the box. His strength and feel for the barrel result in plenty of hard contact to all fields. Noah looks the part and has the stuff to pitch at the next level.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
