01/15/2016 - Baseball Factory All-America Pre-Season Rookie Tournament Noah Webb is a 5'11/160 lbs C/RHP that showed exceptional ability all over the diamond at the Baseball Factory All-America Pre-Season Rookie Tournament. Offensively, he showed gap to gap power with his hand and hip coordination, getting the barrel whipped through the zone. He got himself into a strong position ready to hit with activated hands and delivered the barrel on a direct path to contact. Behind the dish, he had a good stance, sitting low, and receiving with quiet actions. He stuck the low pitch with strength in his wrists and had a good release to throw with pops in the 2.1 range. On the hill, he threw a FB with late run from 79-82, and spun a 10/4 CB from 67-69. He flashed good command of both pitches with a smooth & easy delivery. In all - Noah is a very intriguing prospect that has 4 bright years of high school ball ahead of him.
