07/31/2012 - Baseball Factory Select Training at Vero Beach (ages 12-14) Noah Williett is small but a fundamentally sound outfielder who always hustles. He takes good angles to the ball and catches with two hands. Noah does drift to balls and needs to work on getting behind them. He also needs to work on his arm strength by long-tossing. At the plate Noah is balanced with a good approach. He has a strong load but tends to bar his front arm due to his hands getting out in front. Noah can correct this by initiating his swing with the lower half and letting the ball travel. Overall Noah is an extremely hard worker that is very coachable. As Noah grows he has the potential to be a solid outfielder both defensively and at the plate if he makes the proper mechanical adjustments.
