Official Scouting Report

01/07/2022 - 2022 Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament (AZ) Noah is an impressive OF in the 2022 class. His numbers and play jumped off the charts recently at the AZ Preseason event. His measurables scored at a high rate in every aspect. He has speed and power that is D1 ready. Clocking in at a 6.56 60 yd dash, he can cover ground in the OF. He moves well behind the baseball and gains momentum through it. His arm can play anywhere (90 velo) and is accurate to the bases. Has the ability to carry to his target and uses long hop throws to his advantage. At the plate, this switch hitter can generate juice. His exit velo of 93 produces line drive power to all fields. Difficult to project which side is more advanced as they both have many positives. Bat speed plays from both sides and has barrel feel in both boxes. Left side can be slightly uphill but is easily correctible based upon his athletic ability. Noah's ability and size (6'3/180 with room to add strength) can step into many college programs and contribute right away.

02/12/2021 - Baseball Factory Opening Day Classic (HS - West) Noah is a 2022 OF. Tall frame athletic build with some present strength and room for more. 7.10 60-yard dash. Primary OF comes through the ball hard with good balance and footwork. Quick and active feet who works behind and through the ball. Accurate arm from a high 3/4 arm slot and arm velo of 84mph. Switch-hitter who starts from a tall and slightly open stance. Short and compact swing with quick hands. Stays inside the ball consistently, can use his strong and athletic lower half more in helping drive his swing. Works gap to gap with line drive contact and some jump off the barrel. Good athlete who should keep improving with repetitions and experience. Two years of continued growth and development will bode well for his career at the next level.

01/15/2021 - 2021 Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament (TX) Noah is an athletic OF prospect who showed well during the Pre-Season All-America Tournament. In the field, Noah shows active footwork and takes good angles to the ball. He gets into an athletic position and fields the ball out in front of his body. His exchange is clean and he gains ground well on his throws, keeping them accurate and on-line throws to his target. At the plate, this switch hitter sets up in a tall stance and takes a short stride. He is smooth to load and hits against a strong front side. He works through a short swing with explosive bat speed, leading to loud contact and gap to gap power. Overall, Noah is a talented prospect who has the potential to contribute at the next level.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
