01/17/2020 - 2020 Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Tournament Noe is a MINF who showed as a top prospect at the Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Tournament. At the plate - he has strong/centered balance with fluid rhythm to load. Hands are quick (88 mph exit velocity) and work through a level swing path. He has strength in his swing and shows a feel for the barrel with power showing best to the pull side. At SS, he has plus lateral range, working from the ground-up with smooth actions. Transfer is quick as he fires strong throws zipping across the diamond.

10/20/2019 - College PREP - Conroe (Houston), TX Noe lowered 60 time to 6.94 seconds, raised velocity to 85 MPH, and showed defensive and offensive improvements during his last workout. At SS, Noe has quick feet, soft hands, and he fields athletically. He has good pre-pitch actions, a good glove angle, and a strong/accurate arm with momentum across the diamond. Offensively, Noe has an athletic stance, good balance, and fast bat speed. He has a direct barrel, swings on plane, and can work the ball to all fields. Noe has a bright future ahead of himself.

11/19/2017 - College PREP - Pearland (Houston), TX Noe is a 2020 2B prospect who flashes ability all over the field and always works hard to improve. He is a slick fielder at second with smooth hands and a strong arm to make all the plays. His combination of efficient feet and lateral agility gives him extended range to make plays to all sides. He funnels the ball in to center and has a clean exchange while gaining momentum to make accurate throws. He shows consistent swing mechanics at the plate, using the whole field with consistent contact ability. His lower half is strong and generates bat speed through the zone and to contact. Getting on plane earlier to stay through the zone will lead to more square contact. Noe is a young prospect with lots of potential on the field.

10/22/2017 - College PREP - Conroe (Houston), TX Noe is an athletic 2B who will graduate in 2020. Foot speed is above average as indicated by his 60 time of 7.29. At 2B, he displays clean actions. Feet are aggressive as he takes proper angles but needs to attack balls more and play through with his body. Glove action is soft and presents well out front. Range is a plus as he moves well laterally in the MIF. Throws are accurate but needs to build more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he shows a squared setup. Hands are loose and work through a level swing path. He makes consistent contact through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he works to utilize his lower half more efficiently. With 3 years to further develop, Noe has abilities with a lot of room to progress his game.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
