At 2nd base, Oscar has active footwork, he gets into a good ready position, and he moves well to the glove side. He fields athletically, plays through properly, and throws with a short/accurate arm to his target. Behind the plate, Oscar has quick feet, he sticks the ball well, and tucks his chin when blocking. He has firm hands, a clean exchange, and throws with a short/quick arm to 2nd base. Pop times were as low as 2.47 seconds. At the plate, Oscar has a square set-up, good balance, and he has pop in his bat. He makes solid/consistent contact and gets good extension through the ball. Oscar can continue to get better with work on the following.
