02/19/2017 - Interactive Video Program - Sugar Land (Houston), TX Parker is a RHP/OF who continues to improve his game. In the OF, he displays active footwork as he gets behind on fly balls. He's aggressive to the ball, playing through and has a clean exchange to throw. On the mound, this RHP delivers from a Hi 3/4 arm slot and repeats his delivery. He throws an 11-5 shape CB and a CH that deceives hitters. At the plate, Parker gets back into a load. He swings on a level path, driving his lower 1/2 and crushing the ball on a line. Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
