06/19/2023 - Omaha National World Series - Session 2 Peter continues to shine in his baseball abilities on the diamond. At 2B, he displays clean / smooth actions. Feet are active as he displays proper footwork as he works to square ground balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is clean and presents out front. He utilizes his foot quickness in covering a lot of ground. Throws are accurate but will benefit by building ore arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he shows a squared setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Lower half works well through the swing with an aggressive hip turn. Mental makeup is a plus as he has a positive attitude, works hard, and is very coachable.

10/23/2022 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Bowie, MD Peter is a SS/OF in the 2024 class. On the dirt he is an aggressive player and attacks the baseball with intent. Works through the baseball with effective feet. Athletic (7.31 runner) in his actions and squares himself to the baseball. His exchanges are clean and has a quick accurate release from a high ¾ slot. Working to sink his hips in the fielding position will allow for further hop adjustment. In the OF, he demonstrates the ability to make strong throws (79 velo) back to the dirt. He generates momentum through the baseball and is accurate with his feeds. At the plate, he swings with intent. He uses a short stroke with his quick hands. Productions shows a middle of the field approach with his ability to stay inside the baseball well. Overall, Peter is an athlete with a bright future on the diamond.

Exclusive College Recruiting Program Peter is a 2024 infield prospect who has shown a feel for hitting at an advanced level combined with power that will continue to improve. His swing is compact with bat speed and stays in the hitting zone. He will use the middle of the field with impact and shows home run power to the pull side. There is top to middle of the order projection with his offensive skills. Defensively he plays all 3 spots on the dirt and is capable at SS with a good first step and footwork, but he has the potential to be a solid fit at 3b and 2b at the college level. His versatility, athletic ability, offensive toolset make for a strong college prospect.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
