01/15/2016 - Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Tournament Reese is an athletic (6'1"/185) LHH OF who is fun to watch. Foot speed is impressive as he can scoot - 6.61 60 yard dash. With the bat, this leadoff type stands in well with centered balance and a simple approach. Swing is quick as the ball explodes off of his barrel (exit velocity = 92 mph). He gets out of the box and down the line with lightning quick speed - with the ability to easily beat out an INF single. In the OF, Reese has active prep with quick/athletic actions. He covers a ton of ground, works through the ball efficiently and has a smooth release to throw. Albert is a legit OF prospect that will play at a very high level.

05/24/2013 - 2013 Under Armour Memorial Day Classic 16U Participant Quick hands, middle away approach - short stroke. Good plate discipline, patient approach. Went back on ball well to make an over the shoulder diving catch on the warning track.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
