06/14/2016 - 2016 Under Armour Showcase: Baseball Factory's National Florida Ricardo is a smooth fielding, athletic INF who is fun to watch when he steps between the white lines. Defensively, he has fluid/effortless actions working from right to left through the GB. He has quick twitch actions covering a ton of ground. As a hitter - this righty has smooth rhythm to load and delivers the barrel with tremendous bat speed. The ball explodes off of his barrel as he sends it flying to all parts of the park (exit velocity = 92 mph). A speedster - Ricardo will make an impact with his speed. We look forward to seeing him put his talents on display at Wrigley in the end of July.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
