01/17/2014 - Baseball Factory Spring Training at the Yankees Training Complex (Ages 12-14)
Robert proved to be a very versatile defensive player at the Yankee Training event and played a few different positions well. Robert should continue to play both in the infield as well as outfield. He can improve his overall defense by increasing lateral quickness/footwork, long toss for arm strength, and be more aggressive as a whole. At the plate Robert showed good balance, extension, and power. He needs to work on lowering his hands, shorten his stride, and be aggressive in the zone.
