He also threw his hardest velocity with his FB now topping out at 71. On the mound, he keeps his eyes on his target and reaches a good balance point. He maintains level shoulders, has smooth rhythm and on-time separation. CB shows 10/4 shape and ranges from 57-59 mph. Defensively behind the plate, Ryan tracks the ball into his glove and works around the ball in the dirt. He has good energy and is quick to his feet after blocking. He needs to stay low to throw to help continue to lower pop times. Offensively, Arcila displays a crouched setup with good balance. He lets the ball travel into the zone and has good strike zone discipline. Ryan shows good body language and competes on the field.
