At 2nd base, Ryan has efficient footwork, firm hands, and he centers the ball well. He flashes a good backhand, his exchange is clean, and he throws with momentum from a loose arm action to his target. At the plate, Ryan has an athletic set-up, good balance, and he can work the ball the opposite way. He is a scrappy hitter who finds the barrel and uses his lower 1/2.
