11/15/2015 - College PREP - Marlborough (Boston), MA Ryan is a skilled corner infielder who can swing it. Offensively, this RHH displays a square/athletic setup with fluid rhythm. Quick hands whip the barrel on a level path to and through the zone with speed. He engages his lower 1/2 well which helps to generate pop - mainly to his pull-side. At 3B - Ryan hustles to come and get the GB working into a square fielding position. He gathers well and has a quick/clean exchange getting rid of the ball accurately across the diamond. Sinclair is a talented 3B who will make things happen in this his senior season.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
