02/07/2016 - College PREP - San Diego, CA Sean Sherman is a 6'/185 lbs 3B/OF that showed exceptional strengths in the box at his first Baseball Factory outing. Offensively, he hit with balance from a square stance, and delivered the barrel on a direct path to contact. He was consistently on-time to get ready to hit and generated plus bat whip with his hand and hip coordination. His move was simple to hit and he kept his head quiet throughout his process for added barrel accuracy. At the hot corner, he made plays by centering the ball to his body. He worked the glove in front at times and flashed feel to make plays and throw. Quickening his feet and working them into an athletic position pre-pitch will enable a more efficient jump on the ball and allow for greater range. In the OF, he was aggressive to attack ground balls and fielded with a sure glove. He used the proper footwork to catch and throw and with looser arm action will begin adding carry to his arm. Overall - Sean is an athletic ball player that has a bright future ahead of him.
