01/25/2014 - Interactive Video Program - Honolulu, HI Seth is a skilled 2-way player as a C/SS. Offensively, this righty shows a solid setup with loose actions. He creates extension through contact and utilizes his lower 1/2 well. Behind the dish, he sits in well and presents a low target. He receives with a soft mitt and frames well. At SS, Seth shows athletic actions and works into a square fielding position. He fields the ball cleanly and works in-line toward 1B. Overall abilities in his game will improve with the following.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
