Arm strength is solid average and he does need to get on a strict long toss program to aid in further developing more arm strength. At the plate, Fisher has above average ability with near above average power. Hands are quick and direct to the baseball, generating bat speed. He shows a feel for the barrel with power showing best to the pull side. On the mound, fastball shows tailing action on a downhill plane creating tough angles for hitters.
