Feet are quick / active as he works in-line through a clean transfer exchange as he gets rid of the baseball quickly. Pop times show a range of 2.09-2.30 with accuracy on his throws. Pop times will continue to drop as he builds more arm strength and carry. Receiving / blocking skills show as playable tools as the next level as he continues to improve. At the plate, Baylor shows a balanced approach with rhythm. He makes consistent contact, mainly to the pull side. To continue to improve hitting grades, he needs to work to increase bat speed and work to keep hands inside the ball, utilizing all fields. Power numbers will continue to increase as he learns to load more and transfer weight through his lower half. Tanner has abilities with a lot of room to improve.
