12/27/2016 - Baseball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament at Pirate City - Session 2 Timothy is a very coachable player who leaves it all on the field. He is a hard worker who has a willingness to improve. With the bat, this strong righty displays an athletic setup with balance. Hands are quick as he is short to the zone, barreling the ball up and driving it on a line. He has a solid 2-strike approach and battles when behind in the count. At 3B, Waller works around the GB from right to left, tracks it into his mitt and gathers well. He has a clean exchange and makes accurate throws to 1B. Presenting his glove and fielding the ball more out in front will help to avoid getting the in-between hop. On the mound, this RHP keeps his eyes on the target and works the ball to both sides of the plate. FB still sits in the upper 70's while showing slight cut. He works quickly and doesn't give hitters time to get settled. Driving downhill while striding more direct to the plate (not open) will allow him to use more of his lower 1/2 and get even more into his FB. Timothy is a solid 2-way player who should find success in this his senior year.
