10/15/2016 - 2016 Under Armour Showcase: Baseball Factory's Futures South Reeves combines quick-twitch actions, strength and loud tools to form a very intriguing prospect package. He drove balls well into the trees above the LF wall during batting practice by seemingly flicking his wrists. The ball really jumps off his bat and, once he puts it in play, his speed puts pressure on the defense. A 6.63 runner who seems to read and react well in the OF, TJ should be able to stay in CF at the next level. With 90 mph raw arm strength and good closing speed, he will also help to prevent baserunners from advancing. Overall, some refinements will help accelerate the development, but TJ possesses tools, strength and athleticism that are very hard to find.
