08/08/2016 - Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City - Session 2 Trenton is a strong, athletic two-way prospect with tools all over the field (87 mph exit velocity, 84 mph arm strength, 9'1 broad jump, 7.1 60 time). He shows off good wheels, taking extra bases on hits and running down balls in the gaps. He is aggressive defensively and shows good angels in making plays. On the mound, this prospect works with a quick tempo, keeping hitters off balance with a 3 pitch mix including a fastball with run, a sharp, late breaking curve and a changeup with sink. His delivery is repeatable with clean mechanics and a loose, clean arm stroke that should allow him to rack up innings. At the dish, this prospect has smooth rhythm, keeping his hips and hands connected to show gap to gap ability. He loads to a power position and has a level path, keeping his head down to make solid contact. Using his lower half to generate power will unlock even more pop in his swing and make him a more dangerous hitter. Trenton is a solid player and athlete, and we look forward to watching him progress.
