07/22/2014 - College PREP - Washington DC, MD Trevor worked out both on the mound and at 1B during his last workout in DC. On the hill, Trevor keeps his eyes on his target, he gathers himself well, and he competes in the zone with his pitches. He separates on time, lands in a square direction, and finishes out over his front knee. Added arm strength and sharper off speed will help abilities on the mound improve. In the INF, Trevor showed good hustle, soft hands and the ability to play through the baseball. He has the ability to pick the ball out of the dirt and he throws with a short arm action to his target. Continuing to quicken his feet, fielding further out front, and adding arm strength all will improve defensive numbers. Offensively, Trevor has a square setup, decent barrel accuracy, and he makes consistent contact. He will need to liven his hands, improve his rhythm, and use more lower 1/2 in order for hitting numbers to get better.
