12/14/2008 - College PREP - Azusa, CA Trevor is a young SS with a tall, thin frame that does show future projection as it continues to physically mature. Foot speed is near average and does need to get on a speed / agility program to improve foot quickness for the next level. He does move light on his feet and comes get the baseball well. He does need to play through more, cutting down steps in getting rid of the baseball. Glove action is soft, sure, and solid in making all the plays. His throws are accurate and display solid average arm strength. He does need to get on a strict long toss program to aid in further developing more arm strength. At the plate, Trevor has solid average ability and power. Hands are quick and work inside the baseball utilizing all fields. He shows a feel for the barrel through a line drive type swing. Power numbers will increase as he learns to utilize the lower half more efficiently through the swing with weight transfer. With 2 years to further develop, Trevor has potential to become a solid collegiate player.
