08/20/2023 - National Showcase - Hartford, CT Trevor continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities. continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities. On the mound, arm strength has improved as he threw his top velocity to date at 78 mph. Fastball shows good arm side run. Breaking ball displays 1/7 shape with gradual break. He maintains arm speed on his changeup with arm side run. Knuckleball displays slight sinking action. Control is solid as he throws strikes with all his pitches. Stock on the mound will continue to rise as he builds more arm strength through a long toss program. At 1B, defensive abilities are solid as he shows smooth / fluid actions. He displays proper footwork around the bag and is a quality receiver. Hands are clean and presents out front. Range will increase as he improves foot quickness. At the plate, he continues to shine through an athletic setup. Hands are quick (80 mph exit velocity) and work through an aggressive swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently.

01/13/2023 - 2023 Baseball Factory Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament Trevor is a 2026 1B/LHP who showcased his skills during the BF Rookie PSAA Tournament. At 1B, Trevor showed quick footwork with the ability to make routine plays. He worked to center the baseball and showed a good glove angle. He made accurate throws from a 3/4 arm slot, with a loose arm stroke, and has good carry on his throws. At the plate, he hits from an athletic and open stance with comfortable hands. He hits into a firm frontside, with smooth rhythm to swing, and showed good barrel control. A short bat path enables him to hit balls to all fields with a bat exit velocity up to 70mph during BP. A left-handed pitcher, he is a coachable player and wants to get better. He gathers over the rubber and works with good direction down the mound. He attacks hitters with a FB that topped out at 74mph with plus command, and a 1/7 shaped breaking ball. Trevor is solid 2-way player who has the potential to further build upon his skills on the field.

10/12/2022 - Arizona Freshman Fall Classic (2026) Trevor is a coachable 1B/LHP prospect who showed well during the Fall Classic. In the field, Trevor fields with soft hands and has a clean exchange. He gets rid of the ball quickly and makes accurate throws with carry through his target. At the plate, this LHH sets up in a tall stance with his hands held high. He produces consistent contact and drives the ball to the opposite field. On the mound, Trevor gathers over the rubber and separates his hands on time. He works with a loose arm and stays inline toward the plate. Trevor operates with a two pitch mix with his fastball topping out at 73mph with arm side run. Breaking ball sits at 62mph with 1-7 break. Overall, Trevor is a talented prospect who has the potential to further build upon his skills on the field.

09/18/2022 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Wappinger Falls, NY Trevor is a LHP/1B prospect who will graduate in 2026. On the mound, Trevor works with a clean arm and extends through his release, finishing square to the plate. He operates with a four pitch mix with his fastball topping out at 71mph with cutting action. Breaking ball sits from 61-63mph with 1-7 break. Knuckleball sits from 59-61mph. Changeup sits from 65-67mph as he throws with deceptive arm speed. In the field, Trevor is agile covering ground and gets into a square position. He fields the ball out in front of his body and has a clean exchange. He gains ground well on his throws and keeps them on-line to his target. At the plate, this LHH sets up in a tall stance and takes his stride on time. He shows smooth rhythm and drives through well with his lower half. He works through a direct swing and sprays line drives to all fields. Overall, Trevor is a talented prospect who has the potential to further build upon his skills on the field.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
