10/18/2017 - Arizona Junior Fall Classic Trevor continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities. At the plate, hitting abilities have improved, now showing as outstanding through an athletic setup. Hands are quick (88 mph exit velocity) and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the baseball, utilizing all fields with gap-to-gap pop. Barrel accuracy is a plus with baseball jumping off the bat when centered. At the event, he was 5 for 10 with a 2B. At 2B, he displays smooth / clean actions. He utilizes his quick / athletic feet well in his lateral movements, displaying range in the MIF and attacks balls playing through well while presenting hands well out front. Hands / feet work well together through the fielding process. Throws are accurate with on line carry as he works to get rid of the baseball quickly. Mental makeup is a plus as he has a great attitude and is very coachable as he works hard to be the best player he can be.
