10/13/2019 - Interactive Video Program - Baltimore, MD Trey is a young SS with a thin frame. Defensively, Trey has active feet, soft hands, and he centers the ball well on his body. He fields in a low position, makes plays consistently, and throws with momentum and accuracy across the diamond to his target. At the plate, Trey has a square stance, he loads well, and swings in good rhythm. He swings on plane, makes consistent contact, and he can spray the ball to all fields. Overall skills can continue to get better with work on the following.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
