Trey continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities and has a tremendous future on the diamond. Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date. At the plate is where he has improved the most through an athletic setup. Hands are quick and work to and through a short / level swing path. Barrel accuracy is a plus as he utilizes his lower half well with baseball exploding off the bat when centered. He works to stay inside the ball, utilizing all fields with gap to gap pop. At 3B, defensive abilities have improved as he shows smooth / fluid actions. Feet are active / aggressive as he attacks balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is soft /sure but will benefit by presenting more out front. Range will increase as he continues to improve foot quickness. Throws are accurate, flashing carry across the diamond.
