10/09/2013 - Arizona Senior Fall Classic Cambrelen continues to show improvements in his baseball tools. Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date, now a slightly above average runner at 7.47. Feet are active as he works to square balls up, displaying soft / clean hands. He makes the plays but needs to attack balls more, play through and present hands more out front to continue to improve defensive grade. Throws are accurate but needs to build more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he shows an upright / open setup with balance. Hands are loose and work through a level swing path. He makes consistent contact through a solid line drive path. For hitting grades to continue to improve, he needs to improve bat speed and work to keep hands inside the ball to utilize all fields. Power numbers will continue to improve as he learns to use his lower half more. Mental makeup is a plus as he has a positive attitude, willing to make adjustments, and works hard to be the best player he can be.
