12/12/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Manalapan, NJ William showed nice upgrades in his game during his last workout with The Factory. At 3B, William has active footwork, good pre-pitch actions, and he fields athletically. He has firm hands, a clean exchange, and he throws with accuracy and consistency from a loose arm action across the diamond. If William can continue to quicken footwork, and follow his throws more, solid defensive skills will get even better. At the plate, William has a square stance, a controlled load, and some bat whip. He swings with intent, and hits hard to the pull side. If William can loosen his grip, work on timing, and shorten his swing path, offensive numbers can get even better.

10/24/2020 - Official Player Development Membership - West Windsor (Trenton), NJ William is an athletic 3B who has a promising future on the diamond. At 3B, he displays smooth / athletic actions. Feet are active as he works around balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is clean and presents well out front. He moves well laterally with range improving as he improves his foot quickness. Throws are accurate but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he continues to shine through an athletic setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. With 5 years to further develop, William has potential with time and room to progress his game.
