12/10/2021 - Baseball Factory Academic All-American Tournament William continues to shine with baseball abilities at the Academic All-American showcase. At the plate, he shows as a switch hitter with solid abilities from both sides. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently.

07/10/2021 - All-In Membership - Jupiter, FL William is an athletic 3B/OF prospect who continues to showcase his skills on the diamond. In the field, William shows efficient footwork and covers ground well. He gets into a square position and fields the ball out in front with a firm glove. His exchange is clean and he makes accurate/on-line throws to his target. At the plate, this switch hitter sets up in a square stance and takes a short stride. He is fluid to load and drives through well with his lower half. He works through a direct swing with fast bat speed, leading to loud line drives and pull side pop. Overall, William is a talented prospect who has the time and potential to further build upon his skills on the field.

01/21/2019 - Interactive Video Program - Bradenton (Tampa), FL William is a lean, athletic, 2-way player who play SS and OF. In the OF, William reads the ball off the bat well, he makes plays consistently, and he keep ground balls in front of his body. He plays through some and has an accurate arm to his cut off man. In the INF, William has playable hands and feet, he makes plays on balls hit his way, and he gives very good effort. At the plate, William is a switch hitter and is equally as good from both sides of the plate. From the right, William has a square set-up, he finds the barrel, and he can spray to all fields. From the left, William has a consistent barrel through the zone, he flashes some bat speed, and can hit to all fields. Overall skills can improve with work on the following.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
