Currently, he projects best at the plate and 1B. Foot speed is below average and needs to get on a speed / agility program to improve foot quickness. Defensive abilities are solid average displaying a soft, sure glove action. He consistently shows the ability to pick balls out of the dirt, saving throws. Arm strength is slightly average and needs to get on a strict long toss program to aid in developing more arm strength. At the plate, Farras has solid average ability and power. He sits in well allowing his hands to work directly and inside the baseball, utilizing all fields. Swing path is level and shows a solid feel for the barrel, displaying pop. Power numbers will increase as he learns to utilize his lower half more efficiently through the swing. On the mound, fastball is flat and on one plane. Breaking ball is best off speed pitch showing near above average and displaying a 12/6 shape with tight spin and late break. Changeup is slightly average showing average feel. He throws strikes with stock on the mound rising quickly if more arm strength is developed. William has abilities with a lot of room to improve.
