08/27/2017 - Interactive Video Program - Wilmington, DE Zimir is a stud, 1B/RHP who can swing the stick. Defensively at 1B, he takes active cuts/angles and fields GB's with soft hands. He comes up with a clean exchange and makes accurate throws to his target. On the hill, this RHP gathers over the rubber with a large frame. He delivers a 2-pitch mix coming from an over the top arm slot and works in line towards home plate. With the bat, Zimir shows an athletic setup with smooth rhythm to load. He swings on a direct path through the zone and drives pitches on a line with hard contact. Overall abilities in his game will improve with work on the following.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
