10/01/2023 - National Showcase - Trenton, NJ Aden continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities. He did show on the mound for the first time at the event. At 3B, defensive abilities are now solid as he displays clean / smooth actions. Feet are active as he displays proper footwork as he works to square ground balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is clean and presents out front. Range will increase as he improves foot quickness. At the plate, hitting abilities have improved through an athletic setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He makes consistent contact through a line drive approach with power showing best to the pull side. Lower half works well through the swing with an aggressive hip turn. On the mound, fastball shows a range of 67-68 mph. Breaking ball displays 11/5 shape with gradual break. Stock on the mound will continue to rise as he builds more arm strength through a long toss program.

03/26/2023 - National Showcase - Manalapan, NJ Aden is a class of 2027 3B prospect. A young/developing player with strength present and room to add throughout. At 3B, he works from right to left and closes distance on batted balls. Showed ability to pick out hops as he fields out front with soft hands. Made consistent throws from a high 3/4 arm slot, with a quick transfer, and an arm velocity up to 73mph. At the plate, he hits from a wide and square stance. He hits into a firm frontside, with intent in swing, and showed a quick barrel through hitting zone. Hit balls hard to the pull side with a bat exit velocity up to 78mph during BP. With 4 years of continued growth and development, we see Aden having opportunities to play at the next level.

12/18/2022 - Official Player Development Membership - Bronx, NY Aden showed upgrades all over the diamond during his last workout in The Bronx. He raised arm velocity to 72 MPH and showed offensive and defensive upgrades. At 3rd, Aden has playable hands and feet, and he moves with good agility to the ball. He makes plays, flashes a solid backhand, and throws with accuracy from multiple arm slots to his target. Offensively, Aden has a square stance, good balance, and he swings aggressively. He loads well, flashes a solid bat angle, and hits with strength to the pull side..

08/28/2022 - Official Player Development Membership - Augusta, NJ Aden showed solid upgrades in his games during his time in Augusta. He is a solid young player with progressing skills. Defensively, Aden has active feet, a presentable glove, and he moves well to the glove side. He tracks to his glove, makes the routine plays consistently, and throws with accuracy and consistency across the diamond At the plate, Aden has an open/athletic stance, good balance, and he tracks the baseball well. He has a still head, a level swing path, and he makes solid/square contact consistently.

07/16/2022 - Baseball Factory National World Series at IMG Academy - (MS) Aden is a 3B in the class of 2027. At the plate, he hits with a quiet head. Starts in a good stance and has a short repeatable stride. Does a good job keeping his hands inside the baseball. Shows some feel to hit to all parts of the field. In the field, he has good pre-pitch actions. Does a good job working downhill and gaining ground. Controls the baseball well. Creates momentum to throw and throws are online. Aden is a good player that we hope to see again in the future.

05/01/2022 - Official Player Development Membership - Trenton, NJ Aden is a young, 3rd baseman who will graduate in 2027. Defensively, Aden has fluid footwork, a presentable glove, and he covers ground well. He gets in a good ready position, his transfer is quick, and he throws with momentum and accuracy from a loose arm action to his target. If Aden can field further out in front of his body, and play a little lower, defensive numbers can improve. At the plate, Aden has an open stance, a square stride, and good balance. He has a square/direct barrel, and hits with some strength to the pull side. Hitting can get better with work on timing and more lower 1/2.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
