01/15/2021 - 2021 Baseball Factory Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament Aidan is an athletic SS/RHP prospect who showed well during the Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament. In the field, Aidan is agile moving to the ball and gets into an athletic position. He fields the ball out in front with soft hands and has a quick exchange. He gains ground well on his throws and keeps them on-line through his target. At the plate, this RHH sets up in an open stance and takes a square stride. He is fluid to load and works through a direct swing, producing strong line drives. On the mound, Aidan gathers over the rubber and separates his hands on time. He extends through his release and stays inline toward the plate, finishing with his chest over his front knee. Aidan shows a three pitch mix with his fastball topping out at 71mph with tailing action. Breaking ball sits from 53-55mph with 11-5 break. Changeup sits at 64mph. Overall, Aidan is a talented prospect who has the time and potential to further build upon his skills on the field.

01/17/2020 - 2020 Baseball Factory All-America Pre-Season Rookie Tournament Aidan is a SS prospect who showed well at the Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Rookie Tournament. In the field, Aidan shows active footwork and is agile moving to the ball. He gets into an athletic position and fields the ball out in front of his body. He makes a clean exchange and gains ground well on his throws, keeping them accurate to his target. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a tall stance and takes a short stride. He is controlled getting into a simple load and remains centered in his lower half. He takes a compact swing and rotates his core through the zone, leading to consistent line drives and gap to gap pop. Overall, Aidan is a talented prospect who will be one to follow as he progresses.

11/10/2019 - Interactive Video Program - East Hampton (Hartford), CT Aidan increased arm velocity to 72 MPH, he ran his best 60 time (7.72 seconds), and improved defensive grades at SS during his last workout. At SS, Aidan has fluid footwork a low/square fielding position, and he covers ground well. He has soft hands, a clean exchange, and he plays through well with a consistent arm across the diamond. On the mound, Aidan has good size, he competes in the zone with his FB and CH, and he has good direction toward home plate. Offensively, Aidan has an athletic stance, a square stride toward the pitcher, and good balance. He swings aggressively, has fast bat speed, and he makes hard contact gap to gap. Continued work on the following will help skills improve.

06/17/2019 - Interactive Video Program - New Britain (Hartford), CT Aidan worked out at SS during is last event with The Factory. He increased radar velocity to 70 MPH workout. In the INF, Aidan has active feet, he covers ground well, and fields squarely. He has a presentable glove, a clean exchange, and he throws with accuracy from a loose arm action across the diamond. Offensively, Aidan has a tall/athletic set-up, a short/square stride, and he loads well. He stands in well balanced, works the ball gap to gap, and makes hard contact using his lower body.

01/12/2018 - Baseball Factory Spring Training at Historic Dodgertown Aidan is a talented SS/RHP prospect who has a long, solid frame. In the field, Aidan plays with effective footwork and covers good ground. He has an aggressive approach and attacks the baseball fielding it in a square position. Aidan has a clean exchange leading into a short arm action throwing from a high 3/4 arm slot. He plays with good momentum through the baseball showing strong online throws. Offensively, Aidan has a square stance with a centered balance. He has smooth rhythm with a good load and on-time stride as he uses his lower half throughout his swing. Aidan shows fast bat speed with an on-plane swing path. He tracks the ball well and consistently lands the barrel to the baseball. Aiden is a line drive type hitter who can spray the ball to all fields. On the mound, Aidan has a balanced delivery throwing from a 3/4 arm slot. He has a quick arm action and effectively uses his front side. Aidan lands closed to home plate with the proper stride length. He does a nice job rotating with his core and finishing with his chest over his front knee. Aidan commands his fastball with late movement. Overall, Aidan is a well-rounded prospect who has skill on both sides of the ball.

11/12/2017 - Interactive Video Program - Middletown (Hartford), CT Aidan is an athletic, 2-way player who can play the game at SS/RHP. Defensively at SS, he takes fluid routes/angles and works into a low/athletic fielding position on GB's. He funnels the ball with soft/smooth hands and has a quick transfer to throw. On the hill, this RHP gathers over the rubber with a 3-pitch mix. He delivers from a 3/4 arm slot with clean arm action and works in line towards home plate. As a hitter, Aidan displays an athletic setup with smooth rhythm. He has good barrel feel as he swings on-plane through the zone and drives pitches on a line. Overall abilities in his game will improve with work on the following.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.
