03/05/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Marlborough (Boston), MA Aidan is a strong, athletic OF who has a tremendous future on the diamond. In the OF not many balls get down that are hit his way (7.16 60 time). He has the versatility to play all 3 OF spots effectively. Throws are accurate with on line zip (84 mph velocity) to his target. At the plate, he continues to shine. He stands in with a solid/strong base and has fluid rhythm to load. Barrel delivery is short/quick with aggression as he connects with power driving (90 mph exit velocity) to all parts of the field. Aidan has a lot of potential and will get looks from the collegiate coaches with his baseball abilities.

07/06/2020 - Official College Recruiting Membership - New Britain (Hartford), CT Aidan is a R/R, projectable (6'0"/165) OF who excels with the bat. Offensively, this righty shows an athletic setup with centered balance. He has rhythm to load, swings against a firm front side and drives the ball from gap-to-gap (exit velocity = 84 mph). In the OF, he is aggressive and hustles to his right and left to track fly-balls. He gathers, works in-line and makes accurate throws with carry into his target. Continuing to improve his routes/angles will aid in his defensive development. This athletic OF (2022 grad) has a solid skill-set that will only continue to improve.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
