05/24/2014 - Little League® Experience Aiden is a great kid who hustles and is coachable. In the outfield he showed good athleticism, quickness and body control. He can improve by getting behind fly balls and playing through ground balls. Also he should long toss as much as possible focusing on using lower body to throw. At the plate Aiden displayed good hands, barrel accuracy, and he is direct to the ball. He needs to get to launch position sooner, keep weight centered, and finish swing with extension. Aiden possesses all the physical ability to be a very good player in the future if he continues to work hard.

05/25/2013 - Little League® Experience - S. Williamsport Aiden is a young player who showed good body control. In the field, he displays a good ready position, his arm is accurate, footwork is quick and his fielding position is athletic. He will need to work on his footwork in the outfield on balls on the ground making sure he plays through the ball to help arm strength. At the plate, Aiden displayed an athletic stance with a short stroke, he was aggressive on his pitches, and showed the ability to spray the ball to all fields. He can work on improving his lower half through his swing making sure he finishes heel over toe. Overall Aiden is a solid player and will continue to improve as he physically matures.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
