12/27/2024 - Baseball Factory West Coast Holiday Classic (HS) Aleron is a versatile first baseman and right-handed pitcher from the 2025 graduating class who worked hard at the Baseball Factory West Coast Holiday Camp. He shows excellent glove actions at first base, quickly getting rid of the ball with accurate throws from a three-quarter arm slot, reaching an arm velocity of up to 82 mph. At the plate, Aleron starts in a tall, athletic stance with relaxed hands and a controlled stride. His explosive lower half generates natural pop to the pull side, and he made hard contact during live game action, recording two doubles, a single, reaching on an error, and getting hit by a pitch. On the mound, Aleron throws from a three-quarter arm slot, with his fastball reaching 80 mph. In one inning of work, he struck out two and allowed only one hit. Another season of growth will further enhance his overall game and help him continue to develop both offensively and defensively.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
