01/14/2022 - 2022 Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament (FL) Alexander is an impressive prospect in the 2024 class. The smooth, athletic shortstop show traits that project him to play at the next level. He possesses quick feet, fluid actions, and consistent ability to make routine plays. With age and strength his arm will continue to improve. Currently, he keeps his throws on-line and they are accurate to his target. Offensively, he has great awareness for the zone. Keeps an on-plane bat path and is able to stay behind the ball and hit to all fields. Similarly to his arm strength, there is potential power at the plate that will be displayed with maturity.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
