01/17/2025 - 2025 Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament Aiden Hyde is a highly athletic and physical third baseman with an impressive blend of strength, agility, and power. At 6'0", 200 lbs, he possesses a strong, explosive frame that allows him to move well for his size. His 7.01-second 60-yard dash and 4.52 shuttle time highlight his quick lateral movement, making him a mobile and agile defender at the hot corner. Hyde’s broad jump (116 inches) and elite grip strength (135R/126L) showcase his raw power and explosiveness, traits that translate well both offensively and defensively. At the plate, he produces an 89 mph exit velocity, demonstrating the ability to drive the ball with authority. With continued development in bat speed and approach, he has the potential to be a high-impact offensive threat. Defensively, his natural athleticism and strong reactions give him the tools to be a reliable third baseman, with the ability to cover ground and make plays on the move. Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
