04/05/2024 - The Preseason All-Ripken Games - Myrtle Beach Brayden had a good showing at the PreSeason All-Ripken Games in Myrtle Beach highlighted by 2 doubles and several hard hit balls. He has some pull-side pop and good strike zone judgement in the batter's box. Brayden showed the ability to control the barrel well, and when he keeps his swing compact and from the inside he squares balls up well. He showed versatility on the defensive side with the ability to play multiple infield positions and also pitch. His hands are sure and his throws had carry across the diamond. On the mound Brayden was up to 51 mph with his fastball, mixed his arm slots, and threw a slurve as his off-speed offering. More front side and a consistent arm stroke will continue to help consistency and velocity. Overall, we look forward to continuing to watch Brayden develop on the diamond.
