10/02/2022 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Stockton (Sacramento), CA This 2026 grad looks the part; athletic, long and lean. Defensively at first base, he shows lightness in his feet, a quick exchange from glove to hand and 75mph throws across the diamond. He also shows a level of bag awareness (being able to find the bag without looking down at it) that most players his age don't have yet. At the plate, he gets his hips through on a regular basis with ball jumping off his bat as hard as 73mph. He flashes power to the pull-side with solid finish. On the mound, his fastball touched 71mph with tailing action and frequent command. If he can learn to throw his curveball and slider with the same whippy feel as his fastball, he will be one to watch on the bump. We'd also like to see Brayden getter more length with his stride foot to help achieve more velocity. On the whole, Brayden is one to watch from the 2026 class.
