08/05/2021 - All-In Membership - Plymouth Meeting (Philadelphia), PA Brodie is a RHP prospect who will graduate in 2023. Tall frame, with long levers, athletic build with strength present with a lot of room to fill out. On the mound, he a projectible frame, with long levers, and has a repeatable delivery. Clean arm action, with good balance, and eyes focused on mitt. Works off of a FB that sits 74-75mph that he keeps at the bottom of the strike zone. Flashed a 10/4 breaking and a developing changeup that he throws with FB arm speed. FB was best pitch during his bullpen. A right-handed hitter, he starts with a tall and open stance. Good hand separation and hits ball where pitched. Hits line drives into both gaps, with a high finish, and a bat exit velocity of 82mph during his round of BP. With continued growth and development, we foresee him having opportunities to play at the next level.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
